Shams Jawaid offers over 35 years of experience in leading technology and quality and reliability efforts with Major Fortune 100 and 500 Companies in USA. Mr Jawaid in the role of executive management and hands-on manager has demonstrated expertise in leading reliability and quality engineering, who aligns strategy and activities across all phases of product development and cross functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing/sales, in the NPI process.

Mr. Jawaid has implemented successful reliability-quality programs to qualify product in-house as-well with sub-contractors. He has Directed and Partnered with Tier 1,2,3 and 4 manufacturers and suppliers. Managed daily operations of small or large, globally deployed quality and reliability organization. Reliability Analysis, Advanced Testing Techniques, and Quality Management System subject matter expert. Extensive International Experience coupled with exceptional communication skills. Noted speaker and is well published in Reliability and Quality Forums such as RAMS/IEEE. He has appeared in several worldwide publications and as a speaker.

Mr. Jawaid has led and managed Reliability Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Product Quality and Reliability Departments. He has interacted with Product Design Assurance, Customer and Supplier Quality Engineering and Product Design and Development towards a successful launch of a reliable and a quality product in the field.
